Hey ALDI fans, the new store on Iron Bridge Road is open. The store looks great. I love the $0.25 deposit for a shopping cart process. Pop a quarter in the slot and the carts yours. When your done with it put the cart back and get your quarter back. The shelves were stocked well and faced. I also admire the barcode label being on every surface concept. This saves time from flipping the item over and over looking for it to scan. They do have some items that will provide you with lower prices, however, I recommend that you compare with other stores as well. I do know their price on eggs was crazy cheap at $0.58/dozen. Their milk was also cheaper than Walmart. They had one cashier checking everyone out. They do not bag anything themselves. If you want a bag they sell them for $0.06 each. Then you pay and bag it yourself. I did manage to grab an empty box from one of the bins and used that for the bulk items. Overall it was a good experience.
