One of my favorite Aldi grocery stores, but my last visit had me a little pissed off. Since my last visit, they did some major flipping of aisles and merchandise. It took me off guard and it had me discombobulated. Once I got my bearings straight, I was good to go and got some shopping done. I recently cleaned out my pantry of expired baking goods and spices, so I grabbed a few items to replace those that were outdated. I also got some ingredients to make a pot of taco soup. When making soup, you really don't need big brand name products, the off-brand aka generic ones, make a good soup, too. Side note - February 4th is Homemade Soup Day. This visit I was lucky and did not see anything in the aisle of shame that I could not live without. They did have a lot of Valentine decor, but I have plenty of that already.
