When things went wrong (which, unfortunately, was often), he was quick to offer excuses but never any solutions. To make matters worse, he has been deleting negative reviews, so be wary when you see any overly positive feedback - chances are it's been manipulated. It's clear this company cares more about its reputation than providing quality service, and that speaks volumes.
