Welp! I tried you again, Aliberto's.. this time I ordered the sopes. These sopes order is generously big, topped with carnes asada, pico and I think sour cream. That's all fine. The sope (shell) itself was a disgusting, soggy mess which makes me think these things have been sitting for a while. I've given the place a second and third try. Apparently the only thing one can reliably get from Aliberto's are the rolled tacos. I hate eating food but into the garbage this goes. read more
