This place is an Everett GEM. All the pastries are incredibly delish, you can taste the high quality ingredients and passion the owner puts into his products. One of my favorite things from here is the pistachio cream they make from scratch for everything, it's to die for. I've had it in a croissant and in their Dubai chocolate bark which is also amazing. It's not too sweet, but the right amount! The fresher baked pita here is also amazing, we love to eat it with fresh Italian sausage or with hummus. Their za'tar bread is also great!
