After some back and fourth I was able to resolve my balancing issue. Like always, the alignment was great! Now that Ken also did the balancing, the truck is driving the way it should. Super smooth. Sometimes I wish I would have never met Ken, because it has made me very picky! I know now how a car/truck should feel when you drive it. If he only balances my tires once so be it, I'll ride out till I get four more and have them balanced again. Also, Ken's helper is very knowledgeable and friendly.
