Saw that this Food Truck was in the area and decided to check it out. The owner is BJ , he's been in all facets of the Food Industry for around 30 years. He's done BBQ and Italian mainly. This menu is built around Rotisserie Pork or Grilled Chicken. He is using combination of natural ingredients and seasonings with NO sugars. I ordered the Pork Bowl with Baked Beans being the bottom layer and the Rotisserie Pork on top. The beans had a nice thick texture to them and you put that Rotisserie Pork pieces on top that were so moist and tender. He definitely knew what he was doing when he created this bowl. I also got a Roasted Ear of Corn. Delicious. Lastly was an order of Macaroni and Cheese. It was definitely homemade and had a great flavor to it . On a healthy note this is made with Italian noodles from Whole Wheat flour. It's crazy that he is trying to make a menu that is very healthy. So if you get the opportunity to check him out, DO IT.
