One-of-a-kind artwork spans the bar depicting Lewis Carroll's Alice's Adventures in Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass. But the deeper, underlying meaning is that the classic tale is told through the eyes of Ruby Bridges--the first Black child to desegregate the William Frantz Elementary School in New Orleans in 1960.
Equally imaginative cocktails include creative takes on classics while using advanced culinary techniques and a vast array of ingredients - most I'd never even heard of.
