The testing location is not wheelchair accessible. The elevator will only bring test takers to the second floor and then they have to take the stairs. When addressed this with the front desk, they were careless and unprofessional about the inequitable access. In addition, the center opens at 9am, if you arrive early, test takers wait in the stairs, and there was no sign directing test takers how to access the test center or provide contact information.
