This Aloft is not my favorite. The hotel is all about location. Very central to downtown and adjacent to a mall.
It's challenging, unless you are familiar with hotel to know how to get into the hotel. The fri t has a small pull over area, then you have to take the elevator up to the lobby. The pullover area is tight and you may be stuck there for awhile until others come back to their car.
We were not provided an upgrade as an ambassador. Our room feature two tiny beds: perhaps twin size. Limited floor space. Also the room had a small shower space. The view was of another building.
We were provide drink tickets when we checked in. The cocktails provided to us were horrible. Was there any alcohol,
Breakfast was just ok. There was a wide selection but a lot of the food was poor quality, bland, or something you just didn't want to eat.
The best part of the hotel was the friendly front desk staff. Plus hotel offered washing machines.
Parking is available under the hotel for a high view that is slightly discounted by hotel. read more
