Alonzo's Remotes and Keys is the locksmith expert you want to help you in any situation you're in ! On a Sunday afternoon I lost my key fob at Whiskeytown lake ! Resulting in me having to tow my vehicle to the nearest Nissan dealership hoping they'd help me get a new key fob right away. Turns out they were only able to get a key fob ordered and couldn't help get my car open until the key comes in for delivery all for triple the price ! It was such a headache and disappointment. Having to leave my car until Monday. I was recommended to contact multiple locksmiths around town no one had a key fob or gave me an alternative solution for my problem for a 2016 Infiniti Q50 NO ONE helped me. Until I contacted Alonzo and I have to say he saved my Monday ! He not only helped get me a key fob right away in ONE DAY but he was so detailed and showed me features my car had that I never knew about ! Apparently my car was programmed with remote start ! My old keys never had the option to do that. Raul gave me a Nissan Key to use until he was able to order my original Infiniti key (btw my new keys have the remote start button ! My old keys never had them so I felt like Raul was giving me a new feature for the price of one so amazing) by the following week. Best customer service and convenience no other lock smith in town even gave me that option. Raul is a true expert and problem solver. On top of that he charged me a fair price better then anyone in town and he would even give me a deal 2 for 1 if I wanted to keep the Nissan Fob Key and have a second Infiniti key fob for emergencies. Super friendly and even let me know to contact my insurance to see if I can get a deductible to save money since I had to pay for my towing. So super helpful ! I never write long reviews but when you're someone who's in a emergency like mine and need your car just to get by having someone like Raul who is an expert, knowledgeable , passionate , and kind this company deserves a well written review ! He also came to my job a week later as promised and dropped off my Original Infiniti key he ordered for me saving me gas and time to drive to meet. Just wow ! Thank you so much Raul !
