Chris and I had tried for several days to get a hold of each other. This was not a problem, I'm well aware everyone is busy. He called me this morning, July 4th. I was surprised, because of holiday, but great with it because I wasn't celebrating and I was available. He gave me the availability of later in the afternoon and asked me to reach out when I got home. I did. He then didn't get back to me until 7 hours later...so evening, not afternoon. By this time, I've requested other quotes and such. When he informed me, seven hours later that his day had gotten busy and he could come over later tonight, I said no thank you you could have reached out before seven hours.
