Admin staff seem overworked I saw Dr. Clark and his team at Boulder Urology for a stent removal after a kidney stone procedure and a 2-week period of passing stone fragments, which I collected as instructed. Pros: __Dr. Clark was kind and respectful __Dr. Clark explained exactly what would happen during the procedure and what the follow-up would be __The stent was removed fairly easily with only mild discomfort and a short delay. Cons: __I arrived 15 minutes early as asked, yet I had to wait 15 minutes to be called. __The nurse/tech told me they were not interested in the stone fragments I collected although the urologist had previously stated to me that it was required post-op. __The nurse/tech, who was driving the tool to grab the end of the stent during the procedure, made the comment that it was "almost like a video game". __The nurse/tech said she would be back to clean me up but never did. read more
