Most unprofessional, abusive, rude woman I have EVER encountered in a service industry . I cannot believe this place is still in business !!! My daughter and her boyfriend took a pair of men's dress pants in to be hemmed . They took them on Friday morning and asked if she could have them done by the end of the day ( on the same day. ) she assured them they would be ready . They needed them for an out of town wedding the next day . They had checked other shops and were told the pants could not be done in one day. So they were relieved when they were assured the pants would be done. She told them she would call when the pants were ready . At three my daughter called and the woman told her the pants were not ready . She would call my daughter back when they were. She said she closed at 5:30pm. At 5, my daughter called again and there was no answer . Boyfriend went to shop . Closed . Sign on window says closed on Saturday and Sunday . Ok . Boyfriend goes and buys another pair of dress pants and I hem them myself so at least he has pants to wear . I am not a seamstress ! Saturday morning I drive by the shop . Open sign on and door open . I went in and started to ask about the pants . I thought if she had not done them, he could get a refund where he purchased them. She immediately started to SCREAM at me as soon as she realized which pants I was talking about . She said they never came to get them and never called , she said she does not call customers to let them know things are finished . All of this was untrue . She then said she would not speak to me because I did not have the 'slip'. I called boyfriend and he brought it down . She called us both liars and proceeded to yell and asked me to wait on the car when he tried on the pants . I told her no . She would not give me a receipt when we paid cash . Said I had a 'mouth' on me and said she felt bad for my husband . At this point another lady came in with clothes and stood there shocked ... I cannot believe the absolute abusiveness of this women . DO NOT USE this business unless you enjoy abuse . It cost my daughters boyfriend the price of a 'backup' pair of pants and the fee for the hem at this horrible shop .... Beware! read more
