Always Coffee's storefront is in their soft opening phase so we had to try them out sooner than later. My gf found this spot a week or two ago and I had to make sure to try them the next time I was out in this area which was today. We were greeted right away by a female worker who was lind enough to give us a rundown of a few of their drinks that they offer. Here's what we ordered: **Iced Horchata Latte: Opted to get oat milk and make it less sweet. At first, the balance was great but right after I mixed it, the cardamom flavor was overpowering to the point where we could only taste that. However, the espresso flavor was well balanced and it was definitely on the stronger side. It is very earthy flavor wise so if you're into that, you should go for it. (3.5/5) **Iced Pistachio Latte: Very strong pistachio flavor which is amazing. It was quite sweet but the strong espresso flavor made it tolerable and gave it a great overall balance. (4.5/5) As far as the drinks go, the pistachio latte was great but the horchata latte missed the mark primarily because of the cardamom flavor overpowering the whole drink. The service was pleasant and the drinks didn't take too long to come out. There's a few little shelves filled with cute items. I love supporting small businesses especially if they're owned by minorities. They're still very new so I give them a little more grace. We will definitely be back again in the near future to try more of their drinks and food items. read more
