I enjoyed a fantastic dinner at Amaro. The food was delicious, cocktails amazing, but what really made the whole dinner was the service. We sat in the bar and the bartender was so kind, attentive, and had great recommendations. When we told him we didn't want meat in our carbonara, he suggested substituting mushrooms instead. Delicious and so thoughtful! He also made the most delicious Garden Gimlet mocktail with smoked rosemary. YUM. The Gorganzola E Uve salad was light and fresh, and Torta Mascarpone was beyond delicious. Please excuse the bite I took out of it. It truly was irresistible. read more
