Mediocre customer service and care! Not my pick, I was assigned here. My Son had an allergic reaction and our primary care physician assigned us to this specialist. Let me start off by saying that staff here is very inefficient. They have almost no "problem solving skills" whatsoever. Staff is also misinformed and lack proper training in many areas when it comes to Information and skill. When I checked in today a female working the front desk wanted me to fill out a new patient information package and asked to make copies of all our insurance information (something we have done on our first visit). After realizing this, we were checked in after killing 15 minutes of my time. When I made it inside I had another female ask me how my Son has been and named medications my Son was never prescribed and asked me if it was helping. This leads me to believe the doctor prescribed something on my sons chart the girls forgot to hand over to us on our first visit. This I feel was extremely critical and very disturbing to me. I also had an issue with staff the last time my son broke out in a rash, I called this office and asked for an appointment wherein I was advised this office was too busy to see my Son and I should just go to the ER. I called and Spoke to the manager, a woman by the name of Gladys. Now this woman is very organized, efficient and has amazing customer service skills. She was able to dive into my situation and handle it correctly. I commend this office for having at least one sharp tool. Moving on, I don't see myself coming back to this office without an apology for all the mistakes and lack of customer service. They need to retrain staff here, it should be priority. Moving on, parking is good. Decor is a little outdated and the television in the front is of no use - it just pumps out informercials and useless information. Waiting times very but once you get in the back wait times are a little longer than front. Doctor is pretty nice and seems to have a great knowledge with this specialty. Overall, if your looking for a good Allergy Doctor with good service, this place is NOT for you. As I write this, I'm still stuck in the back waiting. I wanted to give them just two stars but I'm always reasonable with my ratings and the Manager earned them the 3rd for her assistance on my last visit. read more
