I made a mistake in booking the appointments (wrong day) and he quickly switched it for me with zero fuss. He assisted us in picking out our jewelry (beautiful selection at a fair price. Loved how clean the place was. He kept us entertained during the process with a genuine friendly manner, yet was super professional and clearly immensely skilled and experienced in his craft.
