If I could give no stars i would. I booked my appointment days in advance. When i arrived they took me pretty much right away. The gentleman (Tom i believe) who gave my my pedicure did a great job. I was happy with the process and his time spent on my feet. However that is where this review ends on a positive note. The technician who did my hands (Peter was his name) did an awful job. Not only did he not listen to me with my request for very short nails, he also made them a round shape. Not a good round shape either. Then his polish job was not through and he didn't make my nails thin enough. I am a stay at home mom and I don't get much time away from my kids to relax. This was a waste. Also while using his grinder he sliced into my right thumb and the pain 3 days later is still excruciating. Then the absolute worst part about this experience was how my nail tech and the woman nail tech next to him basically got into a squabble together and i felt it was extremely unprofessional and killed my experience on overall vibe.
