Apothecary had been on my list to check out for awhile and so glad we finally did! Love the speakeasy vibe. It was a nice quiet spot to grab a drink and some small bites. The 1990 drink theme was fun and whimsical and the drinks were delicious! The dude and sex everywhere from Yo Mama's drink selection were our favorites. Always love a Sandlot reference though and that was a grownup PB&J. We tried the pizza bites and the cannoli. The pizza bites were tasty and played into the nostalgia. The cannoli was fine but very small and probably wouldn't order again. The Chicago Style Cheesecake was amazing and we both highly recommend it. We were really appreciative of the service. This was a spontaneous decision to go so we didn't have a reservation but the hostess still accommodated us and even found us another table to shift to keep enjoying our time as it got closer to the time for the guests with a reservation. Everyone we interacted with was welcoming. We will definitely be going back. read more
