Rick gave us AMAZING service on two occasions but the wait is quite horrendous. Even after checking in it feels like you are forgotten about. I had to chase reps around the store. Quite ridiculous. Rick is nothing short of amazing and god sent. On two separate vacations saved the day on two totally different cell phones on our family vacation!! One phone had a VPN issue and the other fell into the pool as my son jumped in accomplishing an epic cannonball . Each time Rick saved the day. Definitely a vacation to remember. Rick gets 5 stars. The store itself and its protocol 3 stars. It needs revamping. It's a mess! read more
