This place is one of those unexpected finds! I volunteered to coordinate a memorial gift for a friend. We had an idea of what we wanted, but we weren't sure where to find it or put it together. I then called to get further information to narrow down. Kathy was very helpful in offering suggestions that assisted in making the selection. Kathy also followed up the following day to ensure our pieces would be completed on time. I was able to pick up our 3 personalized pieces within 72 hours of my initial contact (less than 48 hours after my first call). Pick up was fast and friendly. Once inside the store, I discovered that they have lots of personalized gift options as well as trophies for every sport and activity.
