No bueno for our 2nd experience here. It's quite simple folks, money is given and you deliver product. When money is given and you get attitude, inconvenience, and no product...yes you are absolutely entitled to all those not so awesome frustrating emotions. Especially if the items are expensive like they are here. We had scheduled a time for a dishwasher to be delivered and installed and what do you know, no one showed up or even bothered to call. Setting up the appointment with that sales rep was difficult enough. When we called no "sorry" or "whoops, that sucks that you had to clear your schedule for this delivery. " The sales rep was down right indifferent and rude with no apologies and made us feel as though it was our fault. Thats just not ok. This got escalated to the owner of the store eventually and he had to get directly involved. He was was really nice, and was able to get the dishwasher installed for us but we could have done without the grief from that sales rep multiple times. We understand that mistakes happen, but own them, especially if we're repeat customers. If we were working with the owner the entire time this review wouldn't be at 2 stars! #St.Thomas #USVI read more
