One of the worst customer experiences I've had, I can't recommend enough AGAINST hiring this company for your next move. Not only did they cancel on me 15 minutes before they were supposed to show up, it was in the form of a rude text message offering no explanation or other suggestions. When I inquired further about their decisions the person with whom I was speaking told me to stop texting them, and if I had "anything to say, call the company." That was the last we had heard from these people even after multiple calls were placed to try and find out what happened. Absolute disaster. Horrible treatment of customers. Will absolutely be reporting this to the BBB. Again, stay away from these movers. read more
