As a disabled worker, I was hoping for a respectful workplace. Instead, my employer repeatedly called me "stupid," "moron," and told me to "shut up" over text and email. He wrote "maybe you don't have brainpower to be an appraiser" and, separately, "u r stupid, you don't get it." When I finally quit due to this treatment, his response was "Haha. Bye."
