I was in town to visit friends recently and decided to hit up Arcade Shock because I've been contemplating modding.
There are so many parts to choose from, and the gentleman who helped me gave me a lot of input from the way the parts sounded and operated. There's so much to choose from.
I ended up spending over $120 in parts to replace the shaft, ball, joystick, and all the buttons on the top of the board.
I bought a used stick from OfferUp, and a few of the buttons and joystick had issues with inputs. I chose buttons that are adjustable, silent, and bought a new joystick to solve an input sometimes not registering.
I'd definitely consider going again when I'm in town! Cheers, and happy gaming! read more
