I wouldn't even rate this place with 1 star. Horrible service. I paid for 2 "Deluxe" Car Washes and ended up with some horrid rubber stains on the right side of my brand new 2019 RAV4. I I took my other car as well, a 2007 Hyundai Azera and although the rubber stains aren't as bad, they are noticeable. My RAV4 is WHITE! And you can clearly see what the wash machine did to the right side of my SUV. When both cars came out and I noticed the marks I immediately went to the cashiers inside to give them the complaint. They were not apologetic about it at all, and simply said "The manager is not here, come back tomorrow." Excuse me? At least have the courtesy to come see what the customer is talking about, write a note and leave it for your manager or supervisor to review the following day. Customer service at this place is ridiculous. I left my name and number there for a Supervisor or manager to call me. Do I expect a call? Probably not, seeing how insignificant customer service is to this place. This place is a joke. read more
