Buyer beware! This company charges the customer for their mistake! I had a very simple project - I ordered a quartz top for a mudroom sink to place on top of one cabinet. It included backsplash. They did not drill the faucet hole taking into consideration the backsplash. See pics. I called to ask them to fix it and they said it would $150 extra. Tina talked to the owner Ken and he said $75. This is horrible customer service. It also took multiple times to finally get in contact with them. I planned to redo my kitchen counters - I will definitely not be using this company. I would not recommend this company at all for countertops. read more
