This is really a review for Suga' Shane's pop up restaurant. Arkane Aleworks hosts this business every Thursday. Shane also owns a barbecue popup. My meal tonight was: ribs, corn pudding, beans, & collards. Shane is from Memphis and likes it spicy. My faves were the beans and corn pudding but I have to say that the ribs just fell off the bone. Shane's cheesecakes were the icing on top of the cake. So many varieties to try: thin mint, lemon cello, strawberry shortcake, Dr. Pepper, Biscoff, Elvis and more! Arcane is a spacious pub with a huge variety of ales, sours, and more. Shane had plenty of space to assemble the cheesecakes and he set up a tent for the barbecue in the outside rear of the pub.
