RUN DON'T walk DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ARROW FORD! THEY BLOCKED MY PERSONAL ACCOUNT on Facebook, BECAUSE THEY DON'T WANT YOU TO SEE THE TRUTH AS TO WHAT TYPE OF DEALERSHIP THEY RUN!! RED ALERT-should be able to give them a negative star review! Arrow Ford now refuses to Honor the Arrow for Life, was told by Ron Hall, he said he was told by his boss Shana Kevil, GM that they will NOT honor Arrow for Life that it is at "their discretion" nor with they honor the work that was caused by a fire in their service shop nor the body damage that was caused while my vehicle was in their possession, because they did their due diligence! Because I am a woman and they knew my husband was out of town working I was lied to and deceived by both Ron Hall and Gilbert Aguirre because they both assured me, they would honor their work on 6/18/24 to drive my vehicle home and left my husband look over it when he got back in town had I known they were not MEN OF THEIR WORD my vehicle would have never left the lot! This is the true meaning of SHYSTERS, and this seems to be a common practice at Arrow Ford! Looks like I am not the only one who has had this type of issue! CHECK OUT POSTS ALL OVER FB under Mendy Brown! 12/15/23-Arrow Ford took possession of the vehicle for warranty repairs, while the service shop was doing repairs the motor was caught on fire! 12/21/23-Came to Arrow Ford to look at the vehicle and spoke with Bo, Shop Manager about the fire, he assured me that everything that had been burnt would be replaced. 1/24-Vincent called and said the vehicle was ready to be picked up, upon arrival multiple burnt wires were not replaced as well as multiple plastic pieces and insulation under hood and firewall had not been replaced, and there were still remnants of the fire extinguisher powder all under hood and on the motor as well as body damage! 2/24-Received call from Nelson, Service Manager that the vehicle was ready for pick up, all burnt items had been replaced as well as scratches/dings were repaired. 2/10/24-Arrow Ford, Abilene TX has had our vehicle since December 2023 bc their shop caught it on fire while doing warranty work. This is the 2nd time driving an hour one way bc they have called to say it was ready and now there is massive door dings with chucks of paint missing, and multiple scratches, they tried not replacing a wiring harness that was burnt by covering it up with tape. They have been told now 3 times that we will NOT except this vehicle until it is the way it was when we brought it to them! 3/26/24-Had meeting with Ron Hall, Nelson, and Bo to discuss vehicle, discovered more body damage and they cracked the front camera while in Arrow Ford possession! They blamed it on crackheads walking through the lot! Ron Hall personally guaranteed the work and that they would be warranty on it and would honor their work! 5/20/24-Met with Gilbert Aguirre Body Shop Manager to go over Body damages. 6/18/24-After 6 long months finally picked up vehicle, under the agreement/conversation that I had with Gilbert, Body Shop Manager to take the vehicle home and look it over with my husband once he got back in town and even if it was 3 weeks later, they would get in back in the shop and get it repaired. Body Shop had to get involved because of damages that were acquired while my vehicle was in the possession of Arrow Ford. Ron Hall assured me that they would honor their repairs done due to the FIRE that happened while in Arrow Ford possession! 6/26/24 2:43PM-sent a text msg to Ron Service Manager with concerns about the vehicle's transmission delay. 6/27/24 10:27am-got an unnerving phone call from Ron the Service Manager, about the client/service relationship between Arrow Ford and me as a customer pertaining to this vehicle. Waiting on a second call from Ron to verify the status of this client/service relationship. Just to let you know from the first call this morning about this situation, it was very unprofessional from Arrow Ford! When I receive a 2nd call with a definite answer, I will share the details! Ron said they would have to charge me to diagnose because vehicle didn't come in with transmissions issue, yet they replaced transmission harness and many other wires and motor modules to the fire they caused! 6/27/24 5:16pm-Ron Hall called said they will not Honor (Arrow for Life) that it was at their discretion and that they had did their due diligence with the Fire and body damages and would do NO MORE WORK!
