I bought a car from arrow loan arranger four weeks ago. Test drove it and the brakes were squealing and the car was pulling to the right. Randy, my salesman assured me they would take care of those things. First time I brought the car they had it for 8 hours and did nothing. That's when Randy told me they would not cover the cost of fixing the brakes because it's wear and tear from me driving the car for 3 weeks and just under 3k miles. This is not wear and tear from 3k miles. There was nothing left of these brakes! How was this safe to sale? read more
