Had Arrowhead Heating and Cooling LLC out to the house for a couple projects this past month. The installed a new water heater as well as an entirely new HVAC system to replace a poorly installed system that was completely failing after only 10 yrs of service. The original system we had installed a little over 10 years ago by another HVAC installer and from the beginning, it never worked properly and continued to have issues right up until it completely failed late last summer. We contacted Thomas Jones to have him come out and give an estimate for a complete overhaul. Well, we called him this past week to schedule the job, the guys came out less than a week later, did exactly what they said they would do and along the way ran into several issues resulting from the previous install. Thomas stayed, right along with his guys for a total of 11hrs to tackle all the "surprise" issues and made sure the job was completed and correct. Can't say enough good things about this company and the owner Thomas Jones. They are very professional, very knowledgeable and are fair and trustworthy, which are two big plusses in my book.!
