We hired Don to spray pre-emergent for the newly invasive Stinknet/Globe Chamomile in Nov. 2023 after several months of clearing five acres of this nasty weed. He missed large sections of the property and we called him back five times upon seeing new growth over the course of five months. It took (on average) two weeks for a return service call and areas were missed that were specifically identified, so we had to call him back and repeat the scenario. I suspect the product was "watered down" or mixed with an ineffective spray and hence not as effective given my neighbors sprayed their lots themselves and had NO issues with regrowth. Additionally, large areas were overlooked (property boundaries are clearly marked w/ several stakes/flags) and by time he returned, the weeds were out of control (knee high). We are now past the six month guarantee and had to repeat the clearing of our property. 15 heavy duty XL construction bags of this weed were collected by several people over the course of a week. $$$$ When I approached Don w/ the last complaint of 15 bags and the great costs incurred to clear the land for the second time, he shared we were past the six month period and I could pay to have it resprayed. Buyer beware.....mellow/pleasant guy to deal with, but clearly not driven to right a wrong nor grasp the bigger picture.
