I'm a proud alumni of Assumption College. I have never met such wonderful people. I also had the most amazing professors. The education at Assumption is something so unique, your life really is transformed like the motto claims. Being grounded in the liberal arts, the curriculum offers so much to the students. The walls of the classroom fold down, and the knowledge you learn from individual classes becomes one. You are transformed into a critical thinker, a knowledge seeker, an intellectual, and a man or woman of great confidence in yourself. It is an unparalleled school filled with amazing faculty, students, opportunities, research, community spirit, school spirit, and thrist for truth. Being a science major at a catholic college was something that was always a challenge. I think that I am a more aware scientist in the fact that I know some things can't be explained with science alone. I am in graduate school right now at Northeastern University, and I am prepared for the all the challenges ahead both in school, and in life. I am confident in my ability to tackle everything that life will throw at me because of my experience at AC. Assumption is a hidden gem.
