5 Stars Alyssa at AT&T Poway turned what could have been a frustrating trade-in into a smoother and less stressful, experience. Despite some minor complications with a name change and ID issues, she found solutions . I left with less anxiety than I came in with.... She knows the process so well you'd think she's in management. My guess is she is. Honestly, AT&T is probably doing better because of people like her. If you ever come across her in this store you'd be lucky. She's knowledgeable, helpful, doesn't overcomplicate things, and focuses on finding solutions not problems. She was also incredibly supportive with her coworker, Francisco, who wasn't as familiar with trade-in appraisals or legal name changes not reflected on your at&t account, etc., She let him handle parts of the process trade in processing while stepping in where needed, striking the perfect balance between guiding and leading.
