I've been restoring homes in Nashville for over twenty years before moving to St. Augustine and taking on my first project house here. It's an old boarding house with areas dating from the 1870s to the 1920s--and all of it in a severe state of disrepair. What Jeff was able to do with the floors is nothing short of remarkable. Simply the best refinish job I've seen anywhere. Not only that, he left no mess or dust, and didn't even damage the paint on the stairs--yet stripped and refinished the treads perfectly.
