The manager Tony is a piece of trash and refused to come out of the kitchen to discuss valid overcharges. Overcharged by 2 beers and the manager wouldn't give back the money. Our party got 9 beers during happy hour ($5) and they charged us for 11 ($7 each). So we brought it up to our waitress at the end, and the waitress said that she told the manager and that the manager would come out and talk to us. Tony, the manager, gave the waitress a five dollar bill to give back to us. So that was a $32 overcharged, and Tony gave her a five dollar bill to get back to us. After we brought it up on the receipt, she said that she was going to get the manager and that he would come out and talk to us. After 15 minutes, she came back and asked if Tony had come back out. He did not, so she said that she was going to go back and get him. another 10 minutes later, she brought out a second five dollar bill. I feel like Tony is a terrible manager, will not talk to customers when a valid concern is a risen, and forces the waitress to handle all scenarios. After 25 minutes after bringing up the concern, we finally left because Tony would not come out of the kitchen to talk to us.
