After seeing so many bad reviews on here I felt compelled to share my bad experience too. I hope these negative reviews discourage at least a few people from wasting their time and money with these scammers. I say scammers because they charge for services not delivered. 1. Sent my car in with a new battery and stated car would not start. After a week of having the car the "master technician" told me I I need a new battery. I told him it was new and unhooked. He replies "Where is the battery?" 2. Another week or 2 goes by and I receive quotes like in the first 2 photos. I agree to charges. 3. After 28 days I call to ask if it is completed. Supposedly they are just finishing up, and for the inconvenience they're going to apply the managers coupon of $100, which I was entitled to anyway. 4. I have the car delivered to my house, and immediately upon turning on it says service due and then it shows low tire pressure and check engine light. One of the first charges was to clear check engine codes. I hook it up to code reader and the error codes are both for the fuel system. It is easy to tell the car is not fixed because even when flooring it, the car won't pass 40mph In summary, I had to initiate every call during the 30 days they had the car, and it's not even fixed! read more
