Something was off from the moment we drove up. A total of 2 associates clearly saw that we were having issues with trying to locate the sales office as the location is under construction. One woman was walking around; I believe she worked in service. There was another gentleman sitting outside and I believe he worked in service. We walked through the service department and the staff stared. On to the sales department the gentleman who assisted us was awesome; he did what he could! Yes, I had a budget in which I wanted to spend and what I did not want to go over especially since there was a sale back in July where Audis were selling for $38,000.00. Right now, Audis in Tennessee are selling for 41K and up (2024 mods-new) saw a vehicle in New Jersey that was around 42K and the staff acted like they could not locate the vehicle even though I showed them the link it came from; I attached photo of vehicle and link. One GM I believe mentioned something about my budget was more of a Q3 budget but then the salesman retrieved a Q5 45TFSI that looked to have many options on it. OK, i thought, they are telling me my budget is too low but with my "low" budget, you bring out a car with a ton of options???? They brought out a blacked out Q5 (Stock ID: AT54244 with price of $50K advertised online. I did not get far as getting price b/c I walked off). Also, upon the first sales manager I explained that I was looking at a Q5 45 TFSI but he brings spec sheet out for a Q3 and an Audi Q5 40 TFSI. Also, they were confused about pricing and they made it as if I were "making up pricing" about what I researched online! I always research when looking at a car. I know cars very well. they also provided AUDI does not allow for pricing to be discounted heavily or something such as this.
