Waow! I'm really out of words for Audio one ! I started looking for a place to work on the stereo system in my vehicle in Batavia , stopped in Buffalo- Depew and ended in Niagara Falls, New York at Audio one ! I think it was Canada calling me , LOL. Jenn greeted me with a smile and chill vibes from the Rip. Chris was professional, patient , humble and cool from the start. I asked for a new sound system to my 2025 JEEP and a few other things. I was not disappointed. Extremely informative from Jenn and Chris . I invested a few dollars into my JEEP and I can say that I feel and know I received quality work . Nobody skipped out on my calls or texts and they kept it business when it came to the price . I got my military discount though . Thank you a million to Jenn and Chris for your professionalism, patience and amazing work on my vehicle.
