While I was said to see Kimchi Smoke go away I was thrilled that Chef Austin Cho opened a new place. Although a bit far from home I ordered online and made the journey to Austin Cho Kitchen. It's a tiny storefront where you can see the man himself cooking away. Very friendly service. Easy online ordering and it was ready when I got there. We got the Brussels sprouts (outstanding), French fries, Cajun fries, and kimchi. All good but I'd go regular fries over Cajun next time. We got the pork belly xxx sandwich which was fantastic. We also got the brisket Sammie and the pulled pork sandwich. They were both delicious. The quality of the meat and the fresh veggies and sauces are simply the best. Wish it was closer but I will be back for sure. Limited seating on stools inside but I want to eat in so I can get a Cho nut. Love the chef and his cooking rocks. Street parking available.
