Honestly one of the worst services I have received in my life. I came here to support a small business near my house, I just needed my breaks done and a door handle fixed the quoted me $812. I asked for just the break pads to be done on my 2010 ford focus since there was no real issues just time for new ones. Which then was quoted $505. 5 days go by w/o any updates, finally I text back asking for my car back. The lady claims they needed extra time "to bleed the breaks" that my new total was $920 since I apparently needed the master cylinder replaced & since they had to take more time than expected. She then claimed shops can legally charge up to 10% more w/o prior authorization when I told her that it should have been ran through me before doing it. Her attitude was horrible & when it was time to pick up my car the next day they claimed that they were in the hospital with their sick children. Something didn't add up so I decided to come see if my car was being worked on to drive up to them actually being there & not the hospital how they claimed. When I come knock on the door and ask for my car they tell me they aren't done with it yet (Another Lie). I called the police because at that point I felt my car was being tampered with, they came & told me i couldn't do anything but take them to small claims court. I came the next day had to postpone my trip to pick up my car, the whole thing was traumatizing & I never thought to write a review till now because now the breaks a squeaking & I don't even feel safe to bring my car back.
