I took my car to this car wash for them to exclusively remove the bugs on the front of my car as I just drove thru alligator ally a couple of days ago. I usually do this myself but I figured to pay for it as I know it's a time consuming job and I didn't want to do this myself this time. They charged me $84.53 and did not take care of the issue. They claim the bugs are burned into the paint which is imposible because this vehicle has 7k miles, I always keep it clean and I literally just drove thru alligator ally (See photos of headlamps, they burned into the Plastic of the headlamps in a couple of days too ? Lol) I now have to spend a few hours over the weekend taking care of cleaning the bugs off AFTER they charged me to do it grrrr terrible service do not use them ! I am open to taking it back for them to correct it but no response :( read more
