If you speak Spanish, have patience and just want to be irritated this is the place to go. I gave it 2 stars because the staff knows what they are doing despite the lack of customer service. I would avoid this Autozone at all costs. I stood in a line that said parts to buy brake parts and guess what every Hispanic person that walked in had friends there and the crew stopped to take care of those people instead of me and another gentleman standing in line. While also standing there on person was at the register doing nothing but talking. Willing I come back here? Should anyone come here? The answer is no. Keep driving up Jerome to the one closer to Tremont Ave. At least they have better customer service and etiquette. read more
