Automatic gates was referred to me by a friend when I needed a gate. My existing gate was broken, on a slanted short driveway, would not open, and it certainly wasn't automatic. I reached out to Automatic Gates and began consulting with Marti. Marti quickly and kindly scheduled a consult to assess my needs, and she provided me with an estimate, a scope of work and an approximate schedule of when everything would be complete. Of course, my mom and my uncle were assisting me in the design and planning of this project so they had additional questions and I ended up emailing Marti at least three times with additional questions. Marti fully answered all my questions and overall was incredibly available, helpful, and informative upon any issue or question that I had. And she was very patient! When work began, Sean came out with a crew to install the Gate and to remove the old one. All of the people working for the company at my house were so nice and worked quite efficiently. They cleaned up after themselves and they did a wonderful job. I was really amazed with the results. Not only did they show me how the Gate would work, They helped me set up the app on my phone and they made sure that I had an extra remote before they left. This is my first experience with a gate installation and I really can't tell you how emphatically I endorse them. they were amazing to work with. if you have a gate issue or need a new gate, you MUST reach out to Automatic Gates.
