Out of most car washes I've been to this one has to be the one that I dislike the most. I tried to wash my car today through the automatic and they told me I couldn't because it was "too cold " I then tried to use the manual wash, but I wasn't allowed anymore due to the fact that the app told me I had to wait until my next wash, which was in nine hours. I also dislike how I need to scan a QR code to use the vacuums, some vacuums I can't figure out how to turn on so I have to use one side for the whole car and that to me is just really inconvenient. I also think for the price of what we're paying every month is not worth what we're getting honestly. It's the most expensive out of any other membership we've had so far. I would also like to point out that the automatic washes are ALWAYS shutting down and I usually have to wait an hour to get my car washed due to the line piling up. And lastly if you have attachments on your vehicle you can only go through the cheapest was they have and it doesn't dry the vehicle. I do however, give some points because it cleans the dirt very well and I love how it doesn't use brushes like other car washes. Please take into consideration these factors before you decide to get a membership with this car wash. But if you're asking me, I would not recommend. read more
