When I walked in I wasn't greeted. That's fine though, i'm not sensitive. But as I walked around the store, this one employee(who failed to greet me) walked right past me as I was looking for an item. I couldn't find the performance tool fluid pump. So after looking for a bit, I went to the counter where a very nice guy helped me out after helping someone else. But before that occurred, this same employee who wasn't in uniform looked at me and walked into the break room they have behind the counter in between the storage isles. That is when I started playing the video of me waiting there. Not only did he not ask me if I needed help finding anything, he also left his coworker to handle the other customer and myself. The nice employee helped me find where it was in the store, but unfortunately they were out of stock. 3 stars goes to the gentleman who helped me. Minus 2 stars for the employee with the pony tail and lack of inventory. There is a picture of the problem employee attached to this review. read more
