I don't blame the store yet I'm overall disappointed with the situation. I drove extremely far to get to the store that offered my personal preference of brands only to receive an oil filter that had black oil from previous use. If not properly inspected before use it could have ruin my vehicles performance. I have officially lost any interest in continuing any further business with AutoZone. read more
