Do NOT use this guy. If I could give him -5, I would. He has absolutely no idea what he is doing! Put in cabinets and just screwed in screws and prayed he hit a stud, no screws below or at top outside of cabinets where they should be screwed in. Didn't attach cabinets to each other for stability. Put in a 20 gal hot water heater instead of 30, hooked 110 to 220 and said it worked great! How could he know? When we turned it on it made a loud popping noise, had to replace hot water heater. The Sheetrock work behind water heater leaves so much to be desired as you can see in the pictures. The plumbing under sink would be hilarious if my 84 year old mother's money had not been used. There was a 2-1/4 pipe put into a 2-1/2" pipe with a rubber gasket inside the larger pipe to hold it together. Leaked like a sieve. Drilled about 4 1-1/2" holes above microwave in cabinet, not sure what that was about. This guy has cost us more money, we hired a competent contractor that knows what he's doing. He just shook his head on some of this guys screw ups. Insulation was a joke, he charged us $800 for labor and material. He bought 5 bags of insulation ($55-Home Depot) didn't even get blower, just spread it around, you can see what a great job he did in the pictures. read more
