The inside customer service is very good. They are nice and helpful. The cars are another story. No one is really checking them. The first Mazda 3 I had, had the gas cap ripped off and had a low battery warning. Nobody saw any of these problems and they are loaning these vehicles out. I went back to the preferred counter and explained and asked for a new car. This time a Nissan Sentra. It had low tire pressure so I go back to the line and asked for somone to put air in the tires. They had the machine right behind the counter. All of these mishaps makes me really wonder what serious problems they are overlooking and letting people drive away on. Also the cars are dirty. The customer service outside with some reps isn't the best. When I asked about the maintenance (a fair question since the cars have warning lights on) I was given an unprofessional answer from behind the booth. Too many mishaps for the premium prices they charge. read more
